Dr.Bishop

The eccentric Dr. Bishop, famous before the comet for his discoveries in Nuclear Physics and famous after for his bizarre inventions, seems to be exactly as you have heard him often described. His unkempt white hair extends his height to an impressive 6'8" inches when he forces it away from his glaring blue eyes.  He wears a tattered lab coat over a filthy MIT T-shirt.  His legs are covered with tan trousers and his feet boast a ridiculous pair of galoshes.  The professor's comical appearance is completed by his many inventions, which are attached by hooks and snaps to every conceivable part of his body.  When he walks, they all sway and slap against eachother, announcing his approach from a distance.
Although Dr. Bishop may be slightly out of the loop, his fierce stare belies a sharp and creative mind.  He devotes all of his time to the goal of collecting, repairing, and reinventing the technology of pre-comet Earth.
